A NEW owner is sought for a Dumfries hotel for the first time in 16 years.
Located on Annan Road, the Townhouse Hotel has been refurbished and upgraded by current owner Peter Robinson since he acquired the business in 1995.
The hotel has ten letting bedrooms, a self-catering flat, a bar that’s said to be popular with residents and locals, and a family-friendly restaurant with children’s play area. There’s also a separate former coach house building.
“The sale offers a great opportunity for new proprietors to build on the excellent current trade being achieved,” said Cornerstone director Gordon Mair.
The Townhouse has an asking price £420,000.
