A country house hotel and chalet development in south west Scotland is being marketed as a “unique opportunity” for an operator.
The Torwood House Hotel in Wigtownshire is set in 36 acres of grounds. As well as the hotel, which has eight bedrooms, a bar, dining room and owners’ accomodation, the property also includes an eleven-plot chalet development. Chalets have already been sold on two plots.
Property agent Cornerstone is looking for ÂŁ475,000 for the business.
Gordon Mair, director of Cornerstone, described the property as “a great opportunity for anybody with some entrepreneurial spirit and the potential will be obvious to anyone on viewing the premises.”
