The move means Stuart Drysdale will split his time between the two cities, dealing with instructions on licensed properties from the Glasgow office and the Edinburgh base, which incorporates the Lothian, Fife and Borders areas.
Drysdale said he aims to strengthen existing contacts in the east and develop new relationships with clients in the licensed trade.
“Being actively involved in the Edinburgh office will increase my own knowledge in respect of the licensed property trends across the central belt and beyond and will lead to an improved holistic view of the sector going forward,” he said.
