All change at Killin B&B

The B&B has a three-star rating.

A BED and breakfast business in the Stirlingshire village of Killin has been sold for an undisclosed sum after attracting interest from potential buyers across the UK.

Fairview House was acquired by a new owner from West Sussex in a deal brokered by Bruce & Co.
The Victorian property, which has a three-star rating from VisitScotland, currently trades for eight months of the year on a bed and breakfast basis only.
Jayne Adamson of Bruce & Co said the business offers scope for expansion.
“Already in immaculate condition, this business is a particularly exciting one because there is ample opportunity for development,” she said.
“The new owners could choose to open throughout the year or introduce an alcohol licence, for example. We have also been advised that the plot of land to the rear has had planning permission granted for a four-bedroom house.
“Fairview House offers a truly excellent lifestyle and we are confident the business will continue to thrive.”
