Aberdeen neighbourhood pub The Kittybrewster Bar is up for sale through Shepherd Chartered Surveyors.
On the west side of Powis Terrace in the Kittybrewster area of the city, approx 1.5 miles north of the city centre, the 3400sq.ft bar is a long-established feature of the densely populated area.
On its ground floor is a public bar, lounge bar, kitchen, utility, office and customer and staff toilets, while the basement houses the beer cellar and stores.
James Morrison at Shepherd said: “The Kittybrewster Bar ceased trading in February, much to the dismay of locals, and now awaits a new beginning which will undoubtedly be welcomed by its loyal and varied clientele.
“We are confident that there will be much interest from the licensed trade in reopening a neighbourhood bar in this popular location.”
Offers in the region of £150,000 are invited.
