SALES of wine and spirits across the UK are continuing to fall, according to figures from the Wine & Spirit Trade Association (WSTA).
The latest WSTA Market Report showed on-trade wine volumes fell by 6% in the year to December 24, with spirits volumes down 2%. Off-trade wine volumes fell by 2% in the year to February 4, with spirits volumes down 1%.
