The Four Seasons has foreshore on Loch Earn and a Beatles story

The Four Seasons Hotel on Loch Earn

Sitting on the shores of Loch Earn on the edge of the Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park, The Four Seasons Hotel & Little Larder already has a lot going for it, before anyone even mentions that The Beatles once stayed there.

A 12-bedroom hotel, with six chalets and foreshore frontage looking out across the loch, has a good range of food and beverage facilities, plus staff accommodation in the shape of a self-contained flat within the hotel and a staff block located to the rear of the hotel, set within 2.3acre grounds.

Perthshire’s Loch Earn is a popular loch for a range of water sports, within an hour’s drive of Stirling and Perth, whilst Edinburgh and Glasgow are not much further.

Graham + Sibbald’s Alistair Letham said: “With its enviable lochside location, The Four Seasons Hotel is a quite superb leisure destination property.

“The property is linked with music history with The Beatles having stayed in the chalets in 1964, all adding to the interest of the property. Its availability offers new owners a great opportunity to further develop the business.”

G + S are offering the property for sale in three lots – Lot 1 is the hotel itself, asking around £575,000; Lot 2 encompasses those chalets, seeking offers over £200,000; and Lot 3 if the foreshore and jetty, for which offers are invited.
