No less than 10 Iona Pub Partnership properties have been put on the market through Christie & Co.
The available venues are Caledonian Bar in Perth;
Plough Tavern in Haddington;
Porters Bar in Edinburgh;
Spin Bar & Diner in Aberdeen;
Bar Six in Wishaw;
Fanny by Gaslight in Kilmarnock;
The Dolphin and The Hill Bar in Dundee;
The Black Bull in Mid Calder, Livingston;
and Stirrup Stane in Craigshill, Livingston.
Christie & Co’s Brian Sheldon is managing the sale process. He said: “We are delighted to be working on behalf of Iona Pub Partnership to bring ten licensed opportunities to the market. These can be purchased individually or in packages, and all venues have rental and barrelage income with varied lease terms.”
