The selling agent described the property as being in ‘walk-in condition’ and ‘ideal for hands-off or hands-on’ owners.
The bar and restaurant – which the selling agent said has “superb Tripadvisor reviews and a strong local following” – has capacity for 100 covers, there is outdoor seating for a further 30 people and a carpark with capacity for 20 vehicles.
Cornerstone Business Agents is seeking £575,000 for the freehold.
