Speyside single malt whisky Benriach will have a prominent presence at the 2023 Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, in a collaboration that will see the whisky served at every show across the event’s three-week run.
From Friday 4th to Saturday 26th August, 800 performers from across the globe will take part in the world famous military display at Edinburgh Castle, in front of thousands of visitors from home and abroad.
Benriach The Twelve will be on offer at each show, available as both a dram or in a bespoke Rapscallion Soda highball, served from two specially created Benriach bars on site – which will also be offering an exclusive hand crafted Benriach flask.
UK brand ambassador, Charlotte Coyle, said: “The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo is steeped in creative heritage and synonymous with showcasing Scotland on a world stage. We feel Benriach has a real affinity with both of these values.
“We can’t wait to bring Speyside to the capital, giving thousands of ticket holders over the month of August the chance to enjoy a selection of luscious drams and refreshing highball serves.”
Chief Operating Officer of The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, Jason Barrett, said:“We’re delighted to have Benriach, alongside our Presenting Partner Innis & Gunn, providing drinks to our customers on the Edinburgh Castle Esplanade.
“At the Tattoo, we pride ourselves on offering a feast for the senses every August, and now thanks to Benriach, ticket holders can indulge in a whisky while they take in the Show. Whisky at the Tattoo – what could be more Scottish?”
