THERE’S an opportunity to pick up an established hotel business in Rosyth, near Dunfermline, with capacity for weddings and other events.

The hotel’s customer base is said to be a mix of leisure, corporate and event business.
Drysdale & Company is looking for offers over £780,000 for the Hillpark Hotel.
