A TRADITIONAL community pub has come onto the market in Perth.
The Abbotsford has been run by the same owners for the past 20 years and is described as a busy neighbourhood pub that is popular with locals.
The pub, which is free of tie, is currently wet sales-only, but does have a kitchen if a buyer was interested in introducing a food offer.
Barry McNeil of selling agent Cornerstone said: “After selling pubs for the last 25 years, I am passionate about pubs and especially great local pubs.
“I think the Abbotsford in Perth is one of the best community orientated pubs in the area and we are delighted to be asked by the owners to sell it.”
Cornerstone is seeking offers over £300,000 for the freehold.
