WHOLESALE foodservice supplier Brakes will be at ScotHot showcasing its extensive range of Scottish products.
Brakes claims the largest range of own-brand products of any foodservice wholesaler and will be highlighting many of those products through six key sections on its ScotHot stand, including world foods; bar essentials including a showcase with Brakes’ alcohol partner, Bibendum; meat and poultry; delicatessen; breads and patisserie; and fresh produce.
Helping to demonstrate the breadth of Brakes’ local produce will be Masterchef winner, Gary Maclean (pictured), who will be on hand over the course of the show to offer a chef’s perspective to stand visitors, as well as cooking up some fantastic dishes.
