Edinburgh city centre steakhouse McKirdy’s has been put on the market for offers over £450,000.
As selling agents DM Hall put it, the Morrison Street restaurant’s ‘success is reflected in its profitability’. The business has a longstanding reputation for high quality meat, built upon its supply relationship with McKirdy Butchers, a local firm established in 1895.
The Steakhouse itself has traded for 24 years, situated close to Haymarket, on a busy one-way thoroughfare which carries a substantial volume of traffic, with the Edinburgh International Conference Centre and various hotels located only a short walk away.
