WHAT’S said to be one of Edinburgh’s oldest steakhouses has changed hands in an off-market deal brokered by The Restaurant Agency.
Owned by Greg and Lesley McDonald for more than 20 years, Wildfire Steakhouse and Seafood Bistro on Rose Street was acquired by Edinburgh operator Sajal Chowdhury for an undisclosed sum from an asking price of offers over £75,000 for the leasehold interest.
