An historic Highland inn on the banks of Loch Linnhe has come onto the books of property firm Graham & Sibbald.
Located next to the Corran Ferry slipway, from where the five-minute ferry crossing between Ardgour and Corran operates, The Inn at Ardgour is said to “stand at the gateway to the wonderfully dramatic Highland wilderness” of the Morven, Ardgour and Ardnamurchan areas.
Thought to have offered hospitality to travellers for centuries, the inn has 11 letting rooms, a bar, two dining rooms and a lounge, as well as private rooms.
Alistair Letham, of Graham & Sibbald, which is marketing The Inn at Ardgour on behalf of the Alexander Leisure Partnership, which has owned it for the past 19 years, said: “The Inn at Ardgour, whilst being well established already, is a fantastic opportunity for new owners to further develop the business in this iconic location.”
Offers around ÂŁ595,000 are being sought.
