A new owner is being sought for a hotel in the Lanarkshire village of Carnwath.
The Robertson Arms Hotel has been under its current ownership since 2005 and is on the market through property firm Drysdale & Company due to the current owners’ retirement.
Located opposite Carnwath Golf Club, the property comprises a lounge bar, bistro and function room which can cater for up to 60 guests; there are also nine en suite letting rooms.
Stuart Drysdale, director of Drysdale & Company, said the sale represents a “unique opportunity to acquire an established business”.
“The Robertson Arms Hotel is very well known in the local area with custom from both local trade and passing traffic, benefitting from its prominent position on Main Street,” he said.
