DEMAND for hospitality businesses on the North Coast 500 route remains high, according to property firm ASG Commercial.
The agent recently brokered the sale of the Halladale Inn Bar and Bistro and Caravan Park – a site close to Melvich Beach which has a modern 60-cover bar and bistro, glamping pods, touring pitches and a campsite.
Leslie Callander of ASG Commercial said a buyer was found within the first ten weeks and the business changed hands for a figure in excess of the asking price.
