A PERTHSHIRE hotel has changed hands in a deal brokered by Christie & Co.
The Glenisla Hotel, in Kirkton of Glenisla, was upgraded by former owner, Bruce Swan, and has now been acquired by Bryan and Isobel Webster for an undisclosed sum. The property has a lounge bar, restaurant and ten en suite letting bedrooms.
Christie & Co’s Stuart Drysdale said: “The Glenisla was very well presented following the upgrading by Mr Swan. As such, minimal spend was required by an ingoing operator which was an appealing sale element.”
