SEASONAL, Artisanal, Local, Thoughtful (SALT) – that’s what will underpin the offer at the revamped Salt Café in Morningside after it changed hands in a deal brokered by The Restaurant Agency.
The venue is due to relaunch this month after Liv and Steve Connolly-Bastock acquired the leasehold for the premises.
The new-look venue is set to open Tuesday to Sunday offering all-day brunch, coffee and cakes; there will also be a monthly supper club.
