A RESTAURANT unit which sits in the shadow of Edinburgh Castle has come onto the books of Graham & Sibbald.
The property firm is working with the Kitchin Group to sell the leasehold for Castle Terrace after chefs Tom Kitchin and Dominic Jack, who launched the restaurant in 2010, announced that they would not be reopening it after the coronavirus lockdown.
Peter Seymour, head of hotel and leisure at Graham & Sibbald, which is marketing the leasehold with a price tag of offers over £175,000, said the premises is “genuinely fitted out to the highest of standards”.
“The property is presented in stunning and truly walk-in condition with what can clearly be said to be the ‘Rolls Royce’ of kitchen fit-outs,” he said.
“This is a chef’s dream kitchen and considering it is only three years old will truly be an asset to anyone taking on the lease.”
