THE Cauldron bar will be bewitching the couples of Edinburgh this Valentine’s Day with the release of its new cocktail menu.
Available from February 1, the Elixirs Menu features the Heartbreak Shot and Damiana’s Charm – a vodka-based raspberry cocktail, which is made with the aphrodisiac, ground damiana leaf.
Situated in Edinburgh’s new town, the pop-up bar, which has sister venues in London, Dublin and New York, has recently had its contract extended to remain in its city-centre location.
Dave Duckworth, head potions master and mixologist, said: “Love is most definitely in the air in Edinburgh. We’re excited to introduce some love potions to the city and add even more fun to our dramatic cocktails.
“The Damiana’s Charm looks and tastes fantastic, and we’re looking forward to seeing a little extra magic in the bar in the coming weeks.”
