PINKSTER Gin is aiming to stir things up in the cocktail sector with the release of two cocktail mixes.
Both variants – Gin Jam Cocktail Mix and Winter Cocktail Mix – have an ABV of 2.5% and are produced from natural by-products of the company’s core gin: Pinkster’s Gin Jam, which is created from raspberries left over from the production of the gin.
The new Gin Jam Cocktail Mix is described as having a citrus note while Winter Cocktail Mix combines flavours of orange zest and allspice; both are available in 50cl bottles.
Sales director Martijn van Buuren said the ‘pour in and stir’ mixes are “ideal for operators of busy bars”.
“We’ve always been passionate about fresh fruit and quality ingredients, and these launches show how we’re able to recycle our inebriated raspberries into yet more quirky natural by-products,” he said.
