A 17-bedroom hotel in Edinburgh has come on to the books of Cornerstone Business Agents.
The Original Raj Hotel, on the city’s West Coates, is close to Haymarket train station, as well as Princes Street and Edinburgh Airport.
Housed within a detached Victorian building, which sits within its own grounds, the hotel has been extended over the years and includes a guest lounge and 17 en suite letting bedrooms.
Currently closed, the business could be an ideal opportunity for operators looking to move into, or expand within, the Edinburgh hospitality sector, according to Cornerstone’s Barry McNeil.
He said: “We are delighted to be given instructions to market this 17-bedroom Victorian villa, which is located on West Coates, in the Haymarket/Murrayfield area of Edinburgh.”
McNeil added that the firm expects the business to “attract a wide variety of interested parties from local entrepreneurs, business people as well as companies”.
The lease to the hotel is priced at £60,000, with an initial rental of £60,000 per annum.
