The 37-cover Osso Restaurant is said to be long-established in the town and is available with a two-bedroom flat above the outlet.
Alan Goldie, director of The Restaurant Agency, said: “We fully expect a strong level of interest given its location, its success and an opportunity to either own the whole building outright, or lease the premises, or just buy the restaurant with or without the flat.”
Offers over £360,000 are sought for the freehold including the flat.
