THE Big Apple’s vibrant dining scene is said to have provided the inspiration for chef Stuart Ralston’s latest Edinburgh restaurant.
Opening this Monday (August 12) on Thistle Street, Noto will offer a selection of international dishes and is named after Ralston’s late friend and New York food photographer Bob Noto.
