EDINBURGH distillery The Old Curiosity has added to its Secret Garden Range of gins with a new summer variant.
Pink Elderflower & Jasmine is made with fresh, hand-harvested elderflower and jasmine from The Secret Herb Garden on the outskirts of the capital, with rose petals and violets also infused into the spirit to give it its pink colour.
Distillery founder and herbologist, Hamish Martin (above), described the new addition as a “sensual and intriguing drink”.
