The firm behind a strawberry-flavoured gin said it is going from strength to strength on the back of growing consumer demand for pink gin in pubs and bars.
Puerto de Indias Strawberry Gin, which launched in the UK earlier this year, recently secured listings with various pub companies, including Amber Taverns.
Utilising locally-grown Andalusian strawberries, Puerto de Indias creates its 37.5% ABV flavoured gin in what’s said to be one of the oldest distilleries in Seville, dating back to 1880.
Margaux Maupate, brand manager at Puerto de Indias, said the gin, which is available via distribution partner Indie Brands, has had “an amazing response” from the UK on-trade.
