A LOCAL operator is set to put food in focus at the former Cooks Hotel in Stirling city centre after taking on a ten year lease for the venue in a deal brokered by Graham & Sibbald.
The 9000 sq ft Georgian hotel, which was once a bank, comprises seven large en suite letting rooms, a 50-cover restaurant, a commercial kitchen and three private dining areas.
The new tenant, Adam Binnie, said: “We can’t wait to share our passion for excellent food and service with the people of Stirling and look forward to opening the doors in the coming weeks.
“This restaurant will operate all day serving early breakfast/brunch right through to evening meals and we are confident that our offering will be a refreshing addition to the Stirling food and beverage scene.”
The lease had been on the market with an annual rent of £45,000.
