A COCKTAIL forest, rooftop domes and an expanded village will be just some of the features of this year’s Edinburgh Cocktail Week.
Taking place between October 14 and 20, the event will include the Cocktail Village, which made its debut last year; however this year’s will feature a forest extension where attendees will be able to visit pop-up bars and “go camping with cocktails”.
The Village will also feature 19 pop-up bars, including the likes of Eden Mill with The Raging Bull and Edinburgh Gin with Brewhemia. Beer and soft drinks will also be available, as well as street food.
Additionally, this year’s festival will see the installation of cocktail domes on the rooftop garden of The Glasshouse Hotel on Greenside Place.
Wristband holders can also sample £4 signature cocktails from 70 capital bars, including Cold Town House on Grassmarket, Scott’s on Princes Street and Camera on Clerk Street. Tickets are on sale now, priced at £6 for a weekday wristband, £8 for a weekend wristband and £13.50 for a week-long wristband.
