THE team at St Andrews bar and restaurant The Adamson is set for the season after revealing the venue’s new summer menu.
Designed with fresh, seasonal flavours and ingredients, the menu includes a range of dishes designed to look as well as taste of summer, with options including scallops, saffron orzo and chorizo; lobster and avocado salad; and butternut squash risotto.
Head chef David Lilley said the menu provides an “amazing visual of summer before even having a taste”.
