A TEAM of students from Fife College finished on top in this year’s Brakes Scotland Student Hospitality Challenge.
The 2019 competition challenged entrants to create a menu inspired by Scottish cuisine in one hour and 45 minutes in a cook-off at South Lanarkshire College in East Kilbride.
The Fife chefs, Terri Scott and Eilidh Smith, will now go on to represent Scotland at the Culinary Olympics in Stuttgart next year.
