Tobermory shows its new colours

Tobermory-12YO
The new whisky has an ABV of 46.3%

A colourful palate of vibrant fruit and spice with a subtle saltiness that reflects the harbour waters at the distillery – that’s the description of the new signature expression from Tobermory Distillery.

Launched last month, Tobermory 12 year old is matured on the Isle of Mull in American oak casks, and is described as a “rich whisky full of character”.

Derek Scott, brand director for malt whisky at parent company Distell, said: “It encapsulates the island’s rich history and showcases the distillers’ dedicated and creative approach to high quality whisky-making.”

Tobermory 12 year old’s launch comes as the distillery prepares to launch a gin this summer.
