The Old Curiosity Distillery in Edinburgh has launched the first in a series of new, monthly gins for its inaugural gin club.
Exclusive to club members, each monthly gin will feature a “unique, seasonal twist”, as well as colour-changing properties present in all Old Curiosity gins.
Hot Pink Tulip (pictured), which represents the distillery’s first club release, is described as a dry gin infused with dark violet petals and pink tulip, and changes from bright pink to a deep pink when tonic is added.
All of the herbs and botanicals within the gins are grown, hand-picked, dried and infused by the team at the Secret Herb Garden – the home of The Old Curiosity Distillery.
Every month club members will receive an exclusive 20cl bottle of gin, as well as a paired mixer and garnish.
Hamish Martin, founder of The Old Curiosity Distillery, said the gin club’s limited edition monthly releases will see the team “continuously experimenting with our botanicals to create new, distinctive flavours and wonderful colour changes”.
