Whisky and food is the focus

PERTHSHIRE distillery Tullibardine is aiming to shine a new light on single malt whisky through a new collaboration with award-winning Edinburgh restaurant Aurora.

Tullibardine’s master blender, Keith Geddes, and Aurora chef patron, Kamil Witek, worked together to create a new menu for Aurora which pairs Perthshire produce with a range of malts. “Working with the distillery, we’ve produced some exciting and delicious dishes that tap into the character of the Tullibardine range,” said Witek.
