SPRINGTIME in Japan has been the inspiration behind the launch of three new liqueurs from gin brand Kokoro.
The liqueurs – Blueberry and Lemongrass, Yuzu and Ginger and Cherry Blossom – will be available from mid-March through distributor Mangrove and are said to be produced using authentic Japanese ingredients. All three have an ABV of 20%.
They are each being promoted with a signature cocktail serve.
The Blueberry and Lemongrass liqueur’s signature cocktail is the Afan Bramble, which also contains Kokoro Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup; the Yuzu and Ginger liqueur is promoted with the Kokoro Collins, along with Kokoro Gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and soda water; and the Cherry Blossom liqueur is promoted in the Sakura 75 cocktail, with Kokoro Gin, lemon juice and Prosecco.
The Kokoro Gin liqueurs are priced at ÂŁ11.50 for a 20cl bottle and ÂŁ19 for 50cl.
