EDINBURGH restaurant The Dogs has morphed into The Perch following a £120,000 refurbishment by new owners.
The Hanover Street unit was purchased by brothers Daniel and Finbarr McNally (above), who said The Perch offers “modern Scottish food at a reasonable price”.
