GLASGOW-based Clydeside Distillery has introduced two new tours as part of its visitor experience in time for Christmas.
The Distillery Manager Tour, hosted by distillery manager Alistair McDonald and limited to six guests at any one time, offers visitors “a unique experience”, taking them behind the scenes of the distillery; it is followed by samples of a selection of 10 year old whiskies, as well as canapés, in the Blender’s Room.
The Whisky & Chocolate Tour, meanwhile, pairs five “carefully selected” 10ml drams of single malt Scotch whisky and The Clydeside’s new-make spirit with a combination of chocolates made by Glasgow chocolatier Stacy Hannah Chocolates.
