THERE’S a chance to take a cut of restaurant sales in Dundee after the leasehold to Padrino Pizza came on to the books of Cornerstone Business Agents.
The venue, on Nethergate, is described as a “newly refurbished, modern and bright” unit, which currently offers sit-in and takeaway pizza sales.
Selling agent Cornerstone said the opening of the V&A Museum in September has attracted more tourists to the city of discovery.
The leasehold premium is priced at £35,000, with a passing rent of £22,000 per annum.
