A COLOUR-changing gin has been launched by the Old Curiosity Distillery in time for the festive season.
The Christmas tipple transforms from “a festive blush to a vibrant pink” when mixed with tonic water.
The gin gets its colour-changing properties from a natural reaction which causes the PH levels of the gin to adjust when the tonic is added.
Limited to 500 bottles, the gin features a “Christmas twist” with ginger, cinnamon and cardamom.
