CATERING equipment supplier Parsley in Time launched a new tableware range earlier this month.

The company chose the Restaurant Show in London to unveil the latest designs from tableware firms DPS and Utopia.

DPS Tableware’s new Impressions Collection (pictured), part of the firm’s Rustico Stoneware range, which is available in four colours – Flint, Fern, Aegean and Oyster – was showcased alongside the company’s Porcelite Rustic Tapas range – a selection of small plates which feature “earthy colours and textures”.

Parsley in Time also unveiled the latest glassware designs, including Nude Stem Zero from Utopia Tableware. The new glassware range, which comprises 11 designs, including Champagne flutes and red and white wine glasses, features an ion shielding, which is said to make the glassware “beautifully light and thin” but also “strong and long-lasting”.
