AN operator looking to establish a foothold in Edinburgh’s old town could be interested in the lease for Graze on Grassmarket.
The café currently operates seven days a week, catering for breakfast and lunch trade.
Tony Spence of Christie & Co’s Edinburgh office, who is handling the sale, said the property “is truly in walk-in condition and presents an excellent opportunity for an ingoing purchaser”.
The leasehold to Graze on Grassmarket is on the market with an asking price of £100,000.
