INDEPENDENT craft brewer and pubs group Brewdog is set to bound into Perth city centre after it agreed a 20-year lease for premises on George Street, in a deal brokered by Shepherd Chartered Surveyors.
Occupying a corner site in the new Cultural Quarter, which is home to a mix of independent retailers and restaurants, the unit is said to be close to both Perth Concert Hall and Perth Museum and Art Gallery.
The 1300 square foot premises was formerly a cafe and is spread over ground and basement levels, with a large frontage looking onto George Street.
Jonathan Shepherd, partner at Shepherd Chartered Surveyors, said the 20-year lease agreement signed by Brewdog showed a “great commitment to the city”.
