A RESTAURANT in the Fife town of Kirkcaldy has been relaunched as a paradise for vegans and vegetarians, after being sold in a deal brokered by The Restaurant Agency.

The Bakers Field restaurant has been taken on by mother and daughter team Roslyn and Juliet Fawns, who refurbished the premises and are now operating it from Tuesday to Saturday.

It is located in the centre of the town, in what is described as a high footfall area.

The freehold was sold from an asking price of £150,000.
