AN 18th century coaching inn in the East Neuk of Fife, said to benefit from a “honeypot” location in the rural conservation village of Kingsbarns five miles south of St Andrews, has come onto the market.
The Inn at Kingsbarns, which has been extensively refurbished since being reopened in 2015 by its current owners, comprises four en suite letting rooms, a restaurant and bar with a combined 30 covers, and a function area with space for 50 guests.
Barry McNeil, director of Cornerstone Business Agents, who is handling the sale, said: “The inn and surrounding area have a real feeling of a traditional Cotswolds-type village inn and we believe that this business would be ideal for a family or chef operator.”
Offers over £635,000 are sought for the business.
