A HIGHLAND hotel that’s said to be popular with games sportsmen and tourists has changed hands in a deal brokered by property firm ASG Commercial.
Set in a “dramatic and tranquil” location close to the busy tourist area of south Loch Ness, the Whitebridge Hotel is near to the South Loch Ness Trail; launched in 2011, the trail, which attracts walkers, cyclists and horse riders, runs the entire length of the loch and passes the hotel’s door.
The hotel comprises 12 en suite letting bedrooms, as well as “spacious” public rooms and grounds, which extend to more than two acres.
The sale also included a six-bedroom detached house.
An asking price of offers over £625,000 was set for the business; the final sale price was not disclosed.
