EDINBURGH bar One Square marked the launch of the fourth batch of its gin with a special party last month.
The small-batch One Square Gin, which was first produced in 2015, is distilled by Pickering’s Gin at the capital’s Summerhall Distillery, using a combination of 15 botanicals, including Scottish heather and Mediterranean liquorice.
Guests at the event were among the first to try the new One Square perfect serve, created in partnership with recently-launched Scottish tonic Cushiedoos, as well as One Square cocktails. A range of treats inspired by One Square Gin, including juniper and grapefruit (the One Square Gin garnish) ice-cream, botanical ice lollies, flavoured popcorn and canapés, were served on the One Square terrace.
