SCOTTISH hotels group Manorview has become the first in the UK to adopt a new app designed to improve efficiency.
Trail is a daily checklist app which can be tailored to individual properties. The app has replaced the use of traditional, paper checklists across the Manorview estate.
Although the app is already used in a range of restaurants and pubs, Manorview claims to be the first hotel group to have adopted it.
Group operations director, David Tracey, said the company is “already seeing a huge benefit across the entire group”.
