GLASGOW arts and events space SWG3 has a new bar and restaurant, and it’s inviting guest restaurants to use the area as a ‘pop-up’ style residency in evenings.
The Acid Bar’s first residency – Ka Pao, which specialises in south east Asian cuisine (see recipe pages 32&33) – began on June 14 and will run for four weeks initially.
SWG3 founder and director Mutley said: “Hopefully this is something new and exciting for foodies to get their teeth into.”
