A NEW concentrated mix for frozen cocktails could help licensees keep their customers cool this summer.
Frozé, from Peter Spanton Drinks, is a concentrated version of a Salted Paloma Grapefruit Soda and is designed to be prepared in a frozen cocktail machine. It can be served either as a soft drink or, after adding tequila or mezcal, a cocktail.
Peter Spanton formerly owned a London restaurant and bar before launching his own range of soft drinks and mixers in 2011.
